Innovative Revolving Test Kitchen Concept Launches in Lawrence

Lupoli Companies, the City of Lawrence, The Lawrence Partnership and Northern Essex Community College (NECC) today launched the Revolving Test Kitchen (RTK), an incubator and pop-up restaurant which will provide new opportunities for local food entrepreneurs. This private/public sector collaboration will have a direct impact on the economic development of Lawrence.
