New Revolving Test Kitchen Participant Announced

On Wednesday, The Lawrence Partnership formally announced the new participant of its Revolving Test Kitchen, an incubator for food entrepreneurs that is a signature program of the organization. Founding board members Lane Glenn, president of Northern Essex Community College and Sal Lupoli, CEO of the Lupoli Companies, along with Lawrence Partnership Executive Director Mitchell and Abel Vargas, director of business & economic development for the City of Lawrence introduced Danny Torres and his father Hilton of El Encanto. Opening in March, the restaurant will feature authentic Puerto Rican Food.

Current RTK participant, Ray Gonzalez of CocoRay's will be opening their new permanent location at 197 Parker Street in South Lawrence in March.
